The Challenge
The company's headcount had increased significantly and many people were assigned a desk at an open office setting. The environment was considered noisy and there were no proper space to have private phone calls.
The Solution
Various sizes of Nuuk office pods and phone booth were brought to the space to allow possibility for private calls or small group meeting. Moreover, Vallila's proprietary wall element system was used to isolate different teams to their own working areas. Larger pods were equipped with an online reservation system that allows booking the room when sending a meeting request.
